Getting Started

Welcome to Just Hold! This app helps you track your workout progress and challenge friends to stay motivated.

Add to Home Screen

Use Just Hold like a native app — add it to your home screen for one-tap access.

Subscription Plans

Just Hold offers two plans — choose the one that fits how you and the people around you want to train.

Friends plan (up to four full accounts)

Best for tracking progress with friends

  • One subscription covers up to four separate accounts
  • Everyone gets their own login and personal tracking
  • Create groups, add friends and share progress

Family plan (up to six limited profiles)

Perfect for tracking a single household on one account

  • One login — switch between family profiles inside the account
  • Each profile can log times and track progress
  • Only the account owner can connect with accounts outside the household group

Tracking Workouts

Choose from three exercises: Plank, Hang, or Squat. Click on any exercise to log your time. Your progress will be displayed in easy-to-read charts.

Creating Groups

Create groups to workout with friends! Use the Groups page to create a new group, then invite friends using the unique invitation code.

Viewing Progress

The Progress page shows your workout history for all three exercises. Track your improvement over time and stay motivated!

Do I need equipment?

No but we recommend buying an inexpensive doorframe pull-up bar if you have no other place to hang from.
