What is a profile?
Profiles let more than one person share a single account — ideal for a household where everyone trains together. Each profile has its own name and logs its own holds, so your times stay separate on your charts and on the group leaderboard.
Switch between profiles any time using the profile menu in the header, and add or rename them from Settings. The number of profiles you can add depends on your plan — see Plans above.
Tracking Workouts
Choose from three exercises: Plank, Hang, or Squat. Click on any exercise to log your time. Your progress will be displayed in easy-to-read charts.
Creating Groups
Create groups to workout with friends! Use the Groups page to create a new group, then invite friends using the unique invitation code.
Viewing Progress
The Progress page shows your workout history for all three exercises. Track your improvement over time and stay motivated!
Do I need equipment?
No but we recommend buying an inexpensive doorframe pull-up bar if you have no other place to hang from.
